PURPOSE: A shoestring release preventing device is provided to prevent a user from falling by a released shoestring. CONSTITUTION: A shoestring release preventing device comprises upper and lower bodies(110,120) which are formed with a hanging device with a hanging protrusion to correspond each other to maintain a folding state, and fixed protrusions(130) which are formed on the lower surface of the upper body and upper surface of the lower body to face each other.
