PURPOSE: A precipitation and filtration integrated rainwater treatment device and an undercurrent system using the same are provided to increase purity of rainwater and to improve smell and taste by filtering the rainwater after impurities is precipitated by the gravity. CONSTITUTION: A precipitation and filtration integrated rainwater treatment device and an undercurrent system using the same comprises a main body (10), a screen (20), a filter (30), a water treatment tank (40), a drain pipe (50), and a cover (60). The main body comprises a rainwater reservoir unit (12), a rainwater inflow unit (13), a rainwater induction unit, and a discharge guide unit (18). The filter forms a filter layer filtrating impurities which are relatively large in the lower part. The filter layer forms a filter layer filtrating minute impurities on the upper part.
