A Functional Salt Containing Salicornia herbacea Extracts and its Manufacturing Method

A functional salt, and a method for preparing the functional salt are provided to obtain a functional salt having low sanity and containing various effective ingredient by using Salicornia herbacea L. A method for preparing the functional salt comprises the steps of roughly pulverizing the dried Salicornia herbacea L. or the raw Salicornia herbacea L. and putting the pulverized one in a bag for filter; putting the bag into a pressure extractor and boiling it by adding 5-10 L of water per 1 kg of the dried Salicornia herbacea L. or 1-3 L of water per 1 kg of Salicornia herbacea L. at 80-120 deg.C for 30-240 min; separating the solid part and the extraction solution by the pressure difference by opening a discharge cork; dissolving salt in the extract containing Salicornia herbacea L.; and drying it.
