PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of red ginseng extract tablets is provided to manufacture red ginseng extract tablets by concentrating red ginseng extract by repeating the processes of condensing moisture vapor generated in the process of concentrating red ginseng extract with cooling, and returning the condensed water to the red ginseng extract. CONSTITUTION: Dried ginseng is steamed and dried to manufacture red ginseng. Water is added to red ginseng and extracted to manufacture extract. Moisture vapor generated in the process of concentrating the extract at 85-95deg.C after the extract is put into a concentration tank is transferred to a cooling tank and condensed. After the red ginseng extract is concentrated by repeating the process of transferring the condensed water to the concentration tank for 2-4 days, the valve is closed so as to prevent the condensed water from entering the concentration tank for 1-2days, and the red ginseng extract is concentrated.
