1. A mixture of carbohydrates, including within 55 wt.% - 65 wt.% Glucose, provided at least partially gluco-oligosaccharides, and in the range of 35 wt.% - 45 wt.% Fructose; where the solution, including 6 wt.% a mixture of carbohydrates in water, has an initial measured osmolality immediately after receipt within 230-300 mOsm / kg and the solution has a measured osmolality after storage for up to six months after receipt, within 5% of initial measured osmolality. 2. A carbohydrate mixture according to claim 1, wherein the carbohydrate mixture further comprises carbohydrates selected from the group consisting of sucrose, leukemia, trehalose, galactose, isomaltulose, dextrose, maltodextrin, corn syrup solids, and combinations thereof. The carbohydrate mixture according to claim 1, where at least 90 wt.% Of gluco-oligosaccharides includes a structure with a degree of polymerization of saccharides ranging from three to seven. The carbohydrate mixture according to claim 3, wherein the structure of gluco-oligosaccharides has an initial α- (1,4) glucose-glucose bond, then changed to α- (1,3) glucose-glucose bond and α- (1,6) glucose-glucose bond .5. A beverage composition comprising water and in the range of 4% to 10% by weight of a carbohydrate mixture, the carbohydrate mixture comprising in the range of 55% to 65% by weight of glucose provided at least partially with gluco-oligosaccharides and within 35 wt.% - 45 wt.% Fructose; where the beverage composition has an initial measured osmolality in the range of 230-300 mOsm / kg immediately after receiving the composition, and the beverage composition has a measured osmolality after stored
