FIELD: instrumentation.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal non-destructive control and can be used for determination of thermal resistance and heat conductivity of construction structures. In compliance with this process, heat insulated heaters 2, 3 are placed on sides of construction structure 1. Heaters 8, 9 and thermal stabilisation systems 10, 11 structure 1 sides are temperature stabilised at temperatures T1 and T2 for time τ. Time τ is defined by the formula τ=4·105·h2, where h is structure thickness. Time τ elapsed, heat flow transducers 6 and 7 measure heat flows q1 and q2 through construction structure.
