Self-adaptive hydraulic system with variable valve timing for a diesel engine, containing at least the engine (1) and its electronic control unit, characterized in that an oil pump (7) is located on the output shaft (6) of the engine drive, connected to a reversing valve ( 8) pressure regulation; the main lubrication channel (4) of the engine is connected to the oil pump (7) through the oil inlet pipe (5) of the oil pump; the pressure control reversing valve (8) is also connected to the oil line (10) and the oil return pipe (9), respectively; the oil line (10) is connected to the main oil supply pipe (11); the working environment of the system is engine oil; the oil inlet pipe (5) of the oil pump draws in oil from the main lubrication channel (4) of the engine; the oil pump (7) is connected to the output shaft of the engine (1); pressure control reversing valve (8) regulates the oil under pressure supplied by the oil pump (7) to the correct working pressure and switches the direction of its flow to change the operating mode of the system; main oil supply pipe (11), oil line (10) and working cylinders motors are connected through a self-adaptive mechanism for changing the length of the pusher; the oil return pipe (9) is connected to the oil sump tank (3) of the engine; the self-adaptive mechanism for changing the length of the pusher is a self-adaptive mechanism (20) for switching the oil line of the spool valve type, containing at least a base (206), a lower end cap (209), a piston (215), rocker arm ball pin (213), pin cracker (214), inner spool (203) and spring (207); hairstyle
