METHOD TO PRODUCE BITUMENS OR EXTRA HEAVY FRACTION OF OIL FROM UNDERGROUND FIELD, PLANT FOR ITS REALISATION AND METHOD OF THIS PLANT OPERATION

FIELD: oil and gas industry.;SUBSTANCE: according to the method, energy is supplied into the field, at one side, in the form of steam, and at the other side - in the form of electric energy for inductive and/or resistive electric heating. Energy for generation of steam and simultaneously for electric heating is generated in place of production in a decentralised manner. For this purpose a part of the produced bitumen and/or extra heavy fraction of oil is used for operation of an industrial turbine with a connected generator. At the same time, at one side, using the generator connected downstream the turbine, electric power is produced for heating. At the other side, a boiler related to the industrial turbine, serves for steam generation by means of water evaporation. Also there is at least one block of wells provided, to which electric power is supplied, which is generated in the generator, and power in the form of steam at the ratio from 1 to 3 to 1 to 4.;EFFECT: increased efficiency of the method and reliability of a device.;26 cl, 3 dwg
