Method for controlling swivel head unit for profile machining center, involves carrying out kinematic transformation of processing steps of workpiece coordinates in coordinates of sawing unit
The method involves inputting processing steps of a sawing unit in workpiece coordinates (XW,YW,ZW). A kinematic transformation of the processing steps of workpiece coordinates is carried out in the coordinates (XM,YM,ZM) of the sawing unit. The processing steps to be carried out is deployed in the coordinates of the sawing unit. An offset of a sectional plane of a saw blade is considered relative to a plane of a rotary ring in or against a transport direction of a profile to be machined.
