The method involves digital signature algorithm-acquisition of an angiography scene under contrast agent tolerance in a vessel section with multiple individual angiography images. The summation of all individual angiography images of the angiography scene is time-coded to a summation image. The flow rates of the contrast intensity curves are calculated on the basis of determined time differences of the maximum intensities of the contrast intensity for all surface markings.
