The powertrain (10) has an electric machine (20) having a rotor (24) that is connected with a shaft (12) for transmission of driving power. An axis of rotation of the rotor is eccentric to an axis of rotation of the shaft. A peripheral portion (26) of the rotor is connected with a rotor gear (28), is mounted with a gear (14) and is engaged concentrically with the shaft. The rotor gear is arranged in inner side circumference portion of the rotor. The gear is surrounded by the motor.
