The kinetic energy transducer comprises a transducer housing (5), a rotor (1) made of tungsten, a transmission (3), an energy storage device (2), and a generator (4) which are located in one axis. A special planetary gear is provided with or without a coupled flywheel, for driving a rotatable bar (24) and an internally toothed ring gear. The transducer housing includes a component which is formed of several inner teeth.
