The separator (1) has a central container and two outgoing pipes that are connected to a sewer pipe. The container has a cylindrical housing with a set of pipe connections (3, 4), each including a spool (13, 14) or shutters that are able to be opened and closed. An outlet opening (23) is arranged at height lower than a discharge opening (24) of a socket of a fermenting juice outlet.
