The mixture has a fibrous structured semiconductive material exhibiting diameter smaller than 1 micrometer. A semiconductive material of a p-type semiconductive or n-type semiconductive surrounds the fibrous structured semiconductive material. Cavities are filled out by the semiconductive material and exhibit diameter of smaller than 1 micrometer. The fibrous structured semiconductive material is produced by an electro-spinning process or nano-fibers by gas-jet (NGJ) process. A fibrous semiconductor (1) is manufactured from the fibrous structured semiconductive material.
