Improvements in the performance of III / V heterojunction solar cells

摘要

An Inx Ga1-x As intermediate layer is provided between a III / V base and an intrinsic amorphous semiconductor layer of a III / V heterojunction solar cell structure. By incorporating the interlayer into the structure, improved surface passivation and blanking voltage can be obtained.
