The method involves performing classification of a set of frames in equivalence class according to transmission duration, where each frame of the equivalence class is provided as an equivalent frame. A set of table of patterns is formed, and duration of total transmission is calculated for each set of table of patterns. Time duration is defined for the set of frames based on date, frames arrived at the particular date, and backlog of the frames before the particular date.
