PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railroad-crossing passing time calculation system, a railroad-crossing passing time calculation method, and a railroad-crossing passing time calculation program, which eliminate necessity of actually measuring the ratio of railroad-crossing closure time and improve accuracy of railroad-crossing passing time.;SOLUTION: A railroad-crossing passing time calculation system 1 includes: a map information DB 13a for storing map information; a link travel time table 13b for storing link travel time; a determination part 12c for determining, on the basis of link information obtained from the map information DB 13a, whether any of links is a link following-road, the links located at a position opposite to the travel direction of a vehicle 2 than a link having a railroad-crossing corresponding to railroad-crossing information obtained by a railroad-crossing information obtainment part 12a; and a calculation part 12d for calculating railroad-crossing passing time on the basis of link travel time of a link having a railroad-crossing, the travel time obtained from the link travel time table 13b and of link travel time of a link-following-road if determined that any of links located at a position opposite to the travel direction of the vehicle 2 is a link following-road.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
