The child seat (1) has an armchair (11) in which child is placed. An upper anchoring belt (14) is attached to seat (2) of vehicle in correct locking position. The movement of head portion (15) on seat back is controlled based on the position of the upper anchoring belt. An alarm is located to report whether the position of upper anchoring belt and head portion is in proper use position so as to place child in the armchair.
