A box (13) includes a removable and/or refillable motor, a removable and/or refillable telecommunication unit, a removable and/or refillable fuel tank, and a computer navigation system. A protuberance (14) connects a photovoltaic panel (15) to the box. The device is folded up as a satellite in a space rocket and unfolded in space.
