PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a makgeolli-like beverage having a taste and flavor similar to makgoli, considering the present situation having no useful production method of a makgeolli-like beverage, while beverages having alcoholic taste have been recently developed from raw material different from conventional material in beverage industry for reducing production costs or responding to the preference of consumers, including, for example, commercially available beer-like beverages having a taste similar to beer (non-alcoholic or low alcoholic) and non-alcoholic beverages having a taste similar to plum liquor.;SOLUTION: The production method of a makgeolli-like beverage includes the steps of: saccharifying yellow aspergillus to form a saccharified liquid; and adding lactic bacteria to the saccharified liquid for lactic fermentation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
