PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacture method of a rigid high molecule three-dimensional cross-linked body film in which molding processing can be performed after polymerization; and the rigid high molecule three-dimensional cross-linked body film that is manufactured by the method.;SOLUTION: A rigid high molecule three-dimensional cross-linked body film is manufactured by: a process in which a solution in which silanization 4,6-diaminoresorcinol is added into a solvent, and a solution in which two-functional group chloride terephthaloyl and three-functional group 1,3,5-benzene tricarbonyl trichloride are added into a solvent are mixed; a process in which polymerization is performed in an inert gas atmosphere to manufacture a precursor formulation after the mixing; and a process in which the precursor formulation is heated under the inert gas atmosphere to be cyclized.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
