PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a 3-dimensional particle-conformed material in which organic or inorganic spherical fine particles as dispersoid are uniform as a particle-arranged structural material by drying a solid-liquid dispersion-based suspension, and a method for producing a 3-dimensional conformed material-coated film by using the above production method. PSOLUTION: The method for producing the 3-dimensional conformed material of spherical fine particles comprises dispersing the spherical monodispersed fine particles of an organic or inorganic polymer, having 0.01-30 m mean particle diameter of the dispersoid in an aqueous or a non-aqueous dispersion medium containing dissolved water having 2,000 S/cm degree of electric charge expressed by electric conductivity, forming a green sheet of the suspension having 70% dispersoid expressed by volume concentration, drying the green sheet under a temperature over the freezing point of the dispersion medium, forming the 3-dimensional particle-conformed material of spherical monodispersed fine particles conforming regularly in vertical and horizontal directions, applying or spraying a polymerizable organic monomer, polymerizing and curing the monomer and sealing for fixing.
