PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a user-friendly exercise device easily used by even a sickly person and a person with the weak feet or the weak lower back by oneself without any help of others.;SOLUTION: A seating type exercise device with a frame body is formed by mounting a front-riding type seat (2) on a front opening part of a substantially rectangular parallelepiped frame body (1) having a front/upper-part opening structure.
