PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning member, a mounting and fixing jig attached to prescribed position by the positioning member and a method for mounting and fixing a range hood by using jig that enable the range hood to be mounted at a prescribed position.;SOLUTION: This invention relates to a positioning member constituted such that it comprises a contact part 22 contacted with the lower end of a hanging cabinet 41, and a fixing position display part 24 for displaying a position where a mounting and fixing jig 30 should be attached, its major part is formed by paper-type material and/or resin-type material, the contact part is contacted with the lower end of the hanging cabinet 41 to cause the position where the mounting and fixing jig 30 displayed by the fixing position display part 24 should be fixed to be held at a prescribed position in a vertical direction under its relation with the hanging cabinet 41.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
