PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently provide satisfaction of a fault corresponding procedure manual under different language environment in short time.SOLUTION: In an incident management system 10, a fault information input part 11 determines whether determination information which is held by fault information generated from monitoring object equipment 2 acquired by a fault monitoring device 3 conforms to determination information held by foreign language fault case information which is stored in a Chinese fault case information table 31. Then, when it is determined that the pieces of determination information conform to each other, the fault information, and a case ID of the conforming foreign language case information are stored in an incident information table 21, and when it is determined that the pieces of determination information do not conform to each other, the fault information is stored in the incident information table without the case ID. A person in charge of operation confirms an incident by a list screen of the incident information table, and makes effort for a recovery work along fault procedures.
