PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colloquial language analysis server and the like for analyzing a colloquial sentence input in a computer, being usable in not only a reply to a question from a customer but also operation control of the computer with respect to various requests.SOLUTION: The colloquial language analysis server identifies, for a colloquial sentence input in a terminal device, not only a domain relating to the colloquial sentence but also a task instructed by the colloquial sentence from states of the terminal device such as keywords contained in the colloquial sentence and URL of a page opened on a window of the terminal device. The colloquial language analysis server sets parameters for operation control corresponding to a combination of the identified domain and task, generates a command of the operation control by determining respective parameter values from the keywords and the like contained in the colloquial sentence, and performs the operation control of the colloquial language analysis server and other computers according to the meaning of the colloquial sentence.
