PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a measurement preparation work of a ground resistance meter to be performed in a short time and allow a ground electrode to be accurately measured by the ground resistance meter.;SOLUTION: A ground resistance measurement support device sets a distance between ground electrodes; specifies a position of a portable terminal 1 based on signals from a GPS satellite; decides a position of the portable terminal 1 specified when a touch panel 15 is operated by a user at a position of a ground electrode (E); exhibits that, when the position of the portable terminal 1 is a position separated by the distance between the ground electrodes set from a position of the ground electrode (E), this position is a driving point of an auxiliary ground electrode (ES); decides the position of the portable terminal 1 specified when the touch panel 15 is operated by a user as a position of the auxiliary ground electrode (ES); and exhibits direction information showing the distance of the position at which a next auxiliary ground electrode S(P) is to be set based on the position of the ground electrode (E) and the position of the auxiliary ground electrode (ES), and distance information showing the distance up to the position at which the auxiliary ground electrode S(P) is to be set.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
