PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To claim financial burden equivalent to a settlement fee to a tenant without violating a card agreement.;SOLUTION: A server (a house-rent information processing device) 200 of a credit card company includes: a payment/collection information recording unit 204 that records an amount of a house rent, a date of payment when the house rent is paid to a landlord, and a date of collection when a house-rent equivalent is collected; a claimed amount derivation unit 212 that adds an interest obtained from an interest rate from the payment date to the collection date and the amount of the house rent, to the amount of the house rent to derive the house-rent equivalent; and a claim information recording unit 218 that records the derived house-rent equivalent, information for identifying an account of the tenant, and the collection date. The record content of the claim information recording unit 218 is transmitted to a banking institution in which the tenant has the account.
