PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize integral and appropriate claim management by removing any complicate task such as manual transfer to a ledger or the like or collation from a price claiming managing task related with contract construction.;SOLUTION: In this computer readable recording medium equipped with an order reception management data base, a claim management file, and a claim processing program, the claim management file is provided with an extracted data area for recording data necessary for the claim management of each order reception number and a claim data area for recording claim data corresponding to the progressing situation, and the claim processing program is provided with a means for recording the data necessary for the claim management from the order reception management data base in the extracted data area, a means for deriving the claim data from the extracted data area, and for recording the data in the claim data area, and a means for preparing a claim management table adaptive to the progressing situation based on the recorded claim management file.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
