PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the dissipation of heat from a molten iron ladle without forming any lid opening/closing means on a molten iron ladle transport cart.;SOLUTION: When a molten iron ladle filled with molten iron discharged from a blast furnace is transported to a converter, the molten iron in the molten iron ladle is transferred to the converter, and the empty molten iron ladle is returned to the blast furnace, the molten iron ladle filled with the molten iron from the blast furnace and not covered with a lid is transported to the converter, the molten iron in the molten iron ladle is transferred to the converter, the empty molten iron ladle is covered with the lid at the predetermined position near the converter, the molten iron ladle kept in this state is transported toward the blast furnace, and the lid is removed from the molten iron ladle at the predetermined position near the blast furnace to make the ladle ready to receive molten iron from the blast furnace.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
