POSCO Gwangyang, is working on how to measure the molten steel temperature forLF, RH process in the ladle. The current method that the company is using has somedisadvantages like it cannot measure the molten steel temperature continuously. Therefore,to solve these problems, we have developed and tested a temperature sensor with highaccuracy in measurement, a protective tube for the temperature sensor and a wirelessapparatus for the development of immersion type adhesive T.C.(thermocouple).
