PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To derive an optimal table surely and at a high speed as possible by decreasing a processing load and reducing an unnecessary processing.SOLUTION: First, the privacy protecting device divides a table and performs a preprocessing. Next, the privacy protecting device performs a top-down processing, and repeats a determination of k-anonymity and l-diversity, moreover, performs a bottom-up processing and repeats the determination of k-anonymity and l-diversity. Finally, the privacy protecting device performs partially anonymizing processing, repeats the determination of k-anonymity and l-diversity, and outputs an optimal dataset.
