PSOLUTION: The method for suppressing a deterioration of fruit juice beverage for sale on heating by heating includes mixing sucrose with a high-sweetness sweetener so that the sum of the product of a degree of sweetness and a mixed amount of sucrose and the product of a degree of sweetness and a mixed amount of the high-sweetness sweetener may become a prescribed value when sucrose is mixed with the high-sweetness sweetener in a production process of the fruit juice beverage.
