PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide related information related to presently provided information to a user even if an electronic apparatus does not have a communication function. PSOLUTION: By the electronic apparatus, on the conditions that an instruction to output specific information of an information group of a recording medium is received from a user (S101) and that it is decided that related data for outputting the related information of the specific information based on the instruction are present in the recording medium (S104), it is decided whether or not the related data are in a providable state (S106), and the user is prompted to obtain enabling information bringing the related data into the providable state subject to the decision that they are not in the providable state (S108). By a server, value for bringing the related data into the providable state is settled subject to reception of a request of the acquisition of the enabling information, and the enabling information is output subject to the settlement. By the electronic apparatus, based on the obtained (S111) enabling information, the related data corresponding to the information is brought into the providable state (S112-S116), and the related information is output based on the related data subject to the decision that the related data are in the providable state (S132, S133).
