PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for securing resources necessary for movement of a virtual machine when moving the virtual machine without previously reserving the resources required for the movement of the virtual machine.;SOLUTION: A migration control part 100 controls the movement of a virtual machine between physical machines. When resources of a movement source physical machine of the virtual machine are saturated, an adjustment target instance selection part 103 selects a reducing adjustment virtual machine for reducing a resource allocation amount and an increasing adjustment virtual machine for increasing the resource allocation amount. The reducing adjustment virtual machine is a virtual machine to be operated on the movement source physical machine. The increasing adjustment virtual machine is a virtual machine to be operated on a physical machine grouped as a virtual machine performing the same processing as the reducing adjustment virtual machine and having a margin of resources. A migration resource securing part 106 adjusts the resource allocation amounts of the reducing adjustment virtual machine and the increasing adjustment virtual machine and secures resources necessary for the movement of the virtual machine in the movement source physical machine.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
