PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a teaching material characterized by realizing the growth or living of an organism from an "observation" by catching the effect of a simple saccharide to an individual body as a biological phenomenon.;SOLUTION: This method for growing the plant is provided by using the different kinds or different concentrations of a plurality of saccharides including at least xylitol and/or mannose, growing each of the same kind of plants and observing the harvested plants by comparing them. The mannose is used for inducing a plant growth regulation factor. The xylitol is used for increasing the pungent component of Japanese radish sprout.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
