摘要

Excised receptacle segments, anthers and petiole protoplasts of Orychophragmus violaceus were cultured in vitro. Receptacle segments were grown on MS medium supplemented with 3 p.p.m. benzyladenine (BA), 3% sucrose and 0.7% agar. Anthers were cultured in B5 medium containing 0.1 mg NAA and 0.1 mg 2,4-D per litre. Petiole protoplasts were cultured on Nietsch medium supplemented with 100 mg serine, 800 mg glutamic acid, 800 mg glutamine, 0.5 mg BA, 0.5 mg NAA and 0.1 mg 2,4-D per litre and 13% sucrose. Explants of receptacle segments produced small buds and later plantlets. Pollen grains regenerated mixoploid plants. Petiole protoplasts formed calli from which numerous plantlets were regenerated. It is suggested that O. violaceus provides suitable explant material for teaching plant somatic genetics.
