PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a time lag in a focusing action of a lens device used for photographing a solid dynamic image.SOLUTION: Lens control devices (150 and 70A) controlling a plurality of lens devices provided on a solid camera (1) for photographing a solid dynamic image, includes a focus speed obtaining portion for obtaining the instruction speed of focus operation changing a focus position; a lens speed obtaining portion for obtaining the permissible speed of the focus action to the focus operation about each of first lens devices (10A and 70A) and second lens devices (10A and 70A); and a focus action adjusting portion for instructing the focus action by the first lens devices and the second lens devices at the smaller permissible speed of the lens devices, when the instruction speed is larger than at least one permissible speed of the lens devices.
