PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolysis apparatus which suppresses the deterioration of an anion-exchange membrane due to oxidation, simultaneously can produce an electrolysis product of high purity with high efficiency, and can be continuously operated for a long period of time, even when the anion-exchange membrane is arranged in the vicinity of an anode.;SOLUTION: The electrolysis tank 1 has a compartment 2 accommodating the anode 5 therein and a compartment 4 accommodating a cathode 6 therein which are divided by ion-exchange membranes 7 and 8. At least one part of the ion-exchange membranes is the anion-exchange membrane 7. The anion-exchange membrane 7 is formed of a polymer blend that contains a cross-linked polymer containing a quaternary ammonium group which is a functional group that is derived from a polyamine compound, and a fluorinated polymer, and is arranged in the vicinity of the anode 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
