PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous variable valve lift apparatus capable of varyingly forming an operation range and to provide a group of continuous variable valve lift apparatuses symmetric and having the same valve profile for being used in a V-type engine.;SOLUTION: The continuous variable valve lift apparatus includes (a) an input cam formed on a camshaft and rotating, (b) a follower supporting portion formed on the camshaft for changing a relative angle with respect to the camshaft, (c) a follower that includes a center shaft, is connected with the follower supporting portion via the center shaft, and pivots around the center shaft by receiving rotation of the input cam, (d) a straight line guide, (e) an output cam contacting with the follower and reciprocating along the straight line guide and (f) a valve opening and closing unit opened and closed while contacting with the output cam.
