PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making a citrus fruit-containing milk agar jelly packed in a container in which citrus fruits are visible from above in a state packed in the container, with less man-hour without needing labor hour.;SOLUTION: There is provided the method for making the citrus fruit-containing milk agar jelly packed in a container with transparent lid. The method includes a step of placing citrus fruits on the bottom of the container, a step of adding a milk-containing agar solution to the container to float the citrus fruits on the surface of the agar solution, and a step of gelatinizing by cooling.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
