PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig and a device for measuring an axial direction shape of an annular object to be measured, for accurately measuring axial direction shapes of an outer peripheral position and an inner peripheral position respectively at a measurement point of the annular object to be measured. PSOLUTION: A jig 1 for measuring an axial direction shape of an annular object 8 to be measured is used when axial direction shapes of an outer peripheral position and an inner peripheral position at a measurement point P of the annular object 8 to be measured are respectively measured, and comprises a pedestal 2, a rotary shaft 3, a rotation base 4 and multiple holding clamps 41 for holding the object to be measured. The multiple holding clamps 41 set the measurement point P of the annular object 8 to be measured to a rotation center A of the rotary shaft 3, and hold the annular object 8 to be measured. The rotation base 4 rotates around the measurement point P by rotating around the rotation center A of the rotary shaft 3, and stops rotating at a first rotation position 401 where the outer peripheral position of the measurement point P is oriented toward a predetermined measurement direction, and at a second rotation position where the inner peripheral position of the measurement point P is oriented toward the predetermined measurement direction.
