PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for keeping temperature distribution inside a server room uniform, without fail. PSOLUTION: In a server system 100, a master management device 120 acquires temperature information representing the temperature at a location where the server 110 is placed, and provides a control device 130 with the acquired temperature information for each server 110 in the system. Based on the temperature information from the master management device 120, the control device 130 adjusts the load distribution among the servers 110 so as to uniform the temperature distribution among the locations where the respective servers 110 are installed.
