PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell panel on an outer surface of a building having a wide light-receiving surface such as a building rooftop that can prevent light reflection and provide a decorative display which is environmental-landscape friendly or used for an advertisement display in addition to power generation.SOLUTION: A solar cell module, a cover glass of which is color-printed for color decoration effect and suppression of direct reflection light, is arranged so as to configure a solar cell array with ensured flexibility in an arrangement and a shape of the solar cell module for decoration and advertisement display on an outer surface of a building. A solar cell panel is configured to reduce installation cost by preventing fault due to a difference in electromotive force between the solar cell modules in a solar cell string to which intended decoration is applied and without lowering conversion efficiency.
