PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle LED lighting lamp, particularly, a vehicle headlamp or a vehicle fog lamp, which is provided with a heat radiation means with a plurality of radiation fins formed for cooling down heat of LEDs which generate heat of high temperature so as to extend a service life of the LED lighting lamp.SOLUTION: A body of an LED lighting lamp to be used for a vehicle headlamp or a vehicle fog lamp is made of a material excellent in thermal conductivity, and is provided with a heat radiation means with a plurality of radiation fins formed in a rear side of the body, and, with this, heat of the LEDs generated at high temperature is cooled down to extend a service life of the LED lighting lamp.
