PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device capable of reusing recovered waste toner for removing the moisture of the surface of a photoreceptor drum and to provide an image forming apparatus on which the cleaning device is mounted.;SOLUTION: The cleaning device includes a cleaning member (52) removing residual toner from the surface of a photoreceptor drum (18), a toner storage part (80) storing the residual toner removed from the cleaning member, and scattered toner supply means (60) scattering the residual toner stored in the toner storage part, to supply the residual toner to the surface of the photoreceptor drum. The scattered toner supply means includes a rotation shaft (62) rotationally driven by the toner storage part and a toner scattering member (64) coming into contact with the inner wall (82) of the toner storage part, according to the rotation of the rotation shaft, to be bent and scrape up the residual toner stored in the toner storage part and elastically recovered by the release of the contact with the inner wall, to flick the scraped-up residual toner toward the surface of the photoreceptor drum before being cleaned by the cleaning member.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
