A complex compound obtained by reacting a compound represented by the following formula (1) and a polyol having an ether bond in a molecule and having 4 to 12 carbon atoms or a branch polyol having 5 to 7 carbon atoms:; M(OR)_n   (1);wherein R respectively represents an alkyl group having 4 to 12 carbon atoms or an acyl group having 2 to 12 carbon atoms, M represents an aluminum atom, a titanium atom or a silicon atom, and n represents 3 or 4.
