The arrangement has a housing attachment (8) made of a thermally insulating material consisting of a set of modules (9, 10) that is fixed to an assembling unit. One of the modules fills a portion of an opening (2) of a face plate (4) and lies in a region of one of two piping sections (6, 7). The other module includes and accommodates a pump that is integrated in the other piping section. The housing attachment is inserted at a mounting position in the opening, and the modules overlap the piping sections at the mounting position, respectively.
