METHOD FOR DELINEATING GROUP AT HIGH RISK OF CHROMOSOMAL ABNORMALITIES IN CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS WITH DEPRESSIVE DISORDERS

The method for delineating the group at high risk of chromosomal abnormalities in the children and adolescents with depressive disorders provides for the cytogenetic examination including homogenous staining and differential G-banding for the assessment of karyotype. 4-28 % of chromosomal abnormalities per 100 cells are sufficient for referring the patient to the group at high risk of chromosomal abnormalities.
