Disclosed are a device for compensating for ripples of an output voltage of a PFC converter and a battery charging device for an electric vehicle using the same. The disclosed device for compensating for ripples of an output voltage of a PFC converter comprises: a first switching element, one end of which is connected to an output terminal that is not connected to the ground among two output terminals forming an output end of the PFC converter; a second switching element, one end of which is connected to the other end of the first switching element, and the other end of which is connected to the ground; a compensation inductor, one end of which is connected to the other end of the first switching element and the one end of the second switching element;and a compensation capacitor, one end of which is connected to the other end of the compensation inductor, and the other end of which is connected to the ground.
